for the 2010

season is over.

We are no longer taking applications for the 2010 season.

You may request that your child be put on a waiting list in case another child drops out.  If an opening develops we will contact you.  If you are interested in having your child put on the waiting list please email Mike & Elaine Gasparini, CYO Baseball Coordinators at Baseball@StAnthonyCYO.org with the following information:

• Players' First Name

• Parents’ Names

• Home Phone

• Parent(s) Cell Phone Number(s)

• Home Address

• Child’s DOB

• Family's Parish

• Current School Grade

• If you are a St. Anthony's Parish member, and your child is in 2nd Grade, what is theior 1st Holy Communion date?

• Has the Child Played Organized Base/Softball Before?

  • If yes, where

• Shirt Size (Youth Medium, Youth Large, Adult S, Adult M, Adult L or Adult XL)

• Parent(s) Volunteer Position(s)

Please Note: 

1. Your email will receive an automatic email response stating the above, you do not have to send the info a second time.

2. You need to send one email per child you want on the waiting list.

3. The time and date that your email is received is the basis for your child's position on the waiting list.

If a spot opens up for your child, you will be contacted with additional instructions.
