Baseball 2010 Registration

CYO is holding one additional registration date to balance out the teams. 

Registration will be Sunday February 28th, following the 10am Mass through 1:30

in the St. Joseph's Room

of our Parish Center.

Space is limited & available on a

first come, first served basis.

Late Registration Fee:

• $55.00 for one child (includes mandatory late fee).  No exceptions.

• $110.00 for two or more children of the same immediate family (includes mandatory late fee).  No exceptions.

• Checks are accepted.  Please make checks payable to “St. Anthony’s CYO”

• There will be a $10 fee assessed for any return check, plus any other applicable bank fees

 Other Notable Items:

• Registration applications are accepted only at the registration location indicated above, and at the time and date stated.  Do not mail any forms.  Do not drop off an application at the Rectory, CCD Office, Outreach, etc.  Do not drop off an application at registration before CYO personnel are in attendance.  It will be returned.

• Children must be 5 years old by April 10, 2010.  No exceptions.

• Season starts April 10 (April 11 for Baseball Seniors) and ends on June 19 (June 20 for Seniors Baseball).

• No child will be denied participation based on financial need.  Please see one of our CYO personal at registration.  No questions asked.
